EU Vows Not to Waver as Russia Targets Western Officials in Ukraine

Top EU diplomat Kaja Kallas has responded defiantly to a Russian drone attack on a Ukrainian passenger train that narrowly missed visiting Western officials including Boris Johnson and David Petraeus, calling it "a message to the western world." Kallas stressed that Europe must demonstrate resolve in its continued support for Ukraine despite Russian intimidation tactics.
